We use the following tools on this website: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Ads conversion tag, and Meta Pixel. Non-essential tracking (analytics/marketing) is activated only after you give consent via our cookie banner, where required by EU ePrivacy rules and the GDPR.
3. Google Consent Mode v2 & Advertising
As a Google Ads specialist, we utilize Google Consent Mode v2. This means:
When we deliver services to clients, AdsNord typically acts as a data processor for client campaign data. However, advertising platforms such as Google and Meta may act as independent controllers for certain processing under their own terms (depending on configuration and features enabled).
- If you decline cookies, we use "pings" to model conversions without identifying you personally.
- We use Enhanced Conversions only when hashed, ensuring your email address is never shared in plain text with Google.
4. Data Retention Periods
We do not hold onto data longer than legally required:
- Inquiry Data: Deleted after 12 months if no contract is signed.
- Client Data: Retained for 7 years following the Swedish Accounting Act (Bokföringslagen).
- Analytics Data: Set to expire after 14 months (GA4 standard).
Some of our service providers (such as Google and Meta) may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where international transfers occur, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and other legally recognized mechanisms (including adequacy decisions where applicable).
5. Your Rights Under GDPR
You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your data. Since we are a Swedish entity, we respond to all "Subject Access Requests" (SAR) within 30 days free of charge.
